At 14:50:00 (UTC) on May 5th, 2021, KuCoin was affected by the failure of Amazon Cloud Service (AWS), affecting the availability and stability of some services on the Website and App.

The KuCoin team responded immediately and cooperated with relevant parties to resolve it.

At present, all KuCoin services have been resumed. No user assets were affected.
