Announcement of Termination of KuCoinPlay Services

Dear KuCoin and KuCoinPlay Fans:

1. From 18 Feb 2020 (UTC+8), with immediate effect, KuCoin group has decided to terminate its partnership with the operation team of KuCoinPlay, and “KuCoin” trademark license to the said party has also been terminated on the same date.

2. From 18 Feb 2020 (UTC+8), KuCoinPlay has ceased to provide services to all users, and Winplay.app is not KuCoin’s product.

3. Please kindly notice that the following website pages and/or apps are not owned, endorsed, or directly or indirectly controlled by KuCoin group:

a) kucoinplay.com;

b) winplay.app

4. For the reasons stated above, from 18 Feb 2020 (UTC+8):

a) any campaign, game or program organized by the above-mentioned website pages and/or apps is not officially authorized by KuCoin;

b) any contract, promise, offer made by the above-mentioned website pages and/or apps with/to users are not made by KuCoin, therefore, shall not be ratified by KuCoin at any time;

c) “KuCoin” shall take appropriate measures to against all illegal activities, including, without limitation, trademark infringement, fraud and/or other criminal activities.

5. KuCoin fans and KuCoinPlay fans who have participated any campaign, game or program held by the above-mentioned website pages before 18 Feb 2020 (UTC+8), please kindly contact us through KuCoin official customer service.
