Announcement on the KuCoin Temporary Access Issue on May 19, 2021

Dear KuCoin Users,

At around 13:15 (UTC) on May 19, 2021, due to a big surge in traffic brought about by the market moves, the stability of some services on KuCoin App was affected. It has caused some issues on App service, leading to the access issue of the KuCoin App in some regions.

As soon as the issue was detected, we responded immediately and fixed the access issue urgently, completely resuming all services at about 14:25 (UTC) on May 19, 2021.

In response to any short-term surge in traffic that may occur in the future, we will improve the monitoring and emergency response system to ensure the availability of our services.
