Cooperation Models and Profit Sharing

KuCoin provides the principal funds, while the asset manager contributes subordinate capital (5%).

Profit Sharing Rules:

【Option 1】

• KuCoin charges a fixed annual interest of 4.5% for USDT/USDC, 2% for BTC, 3% for ETH, and 3% for SOL, settled quarterly.
• Floating returns are shared based on performance tiers:
• Below 10%: KuCoin : Asset Manager = 70:30

• 10% to 15%: KuCoin : Asset Manager = 60:40

• Above 15%: KuCoin : Asset Manager = 50:50

* New team is not required to pay the Financing Fee in the first 90-days. And if the quant manager could reach a min 10% annual returns ongoingly, the Financing Fee can be waived continuely. 

【Option 2】

• KuCoin charges a fixed annual interest of 4.5% for USDT/USDC, 2% for BTC, 3% for ETH, and 3% for SOL, settled quarterly.
• Floating returns KuCoin : Asset Manager = 50:50

Settlement Method: Profit sharing will be settled quarterly.

Funding Disbursement

Funds will be allocated to either the asset manager’s account or a KuCoin-provided account. The asset manager must maintain sufficient USDT as subordinate capital for future trading. Please note that asset management and subordinate funds cannot be withdrawn.

Settlement Rules

All profits will be settled quarterly based on the agreed cooperation model.

Risk Control

a) The asset manager must submit a monthly net asset value report.

b) If drawdown exceeds 50% of the maximum drawdown (1.5%), the product will enter a net value warning state. The manager must communicate the reasons for losses to the fund provider in real time and provide updates every 24 hours.

c) If drawdown exceeds 80% of the maximum drawdown (2.4%), the manager will be prohibited from opening new positions and will lose control of the account, with the situation managed through mutual agreement.

d) If drawdown reaches 100% of the maximum (3%), the fund provider will close all positions in the account and regain control, with losses absorbed by the subordinate account.
