KuCoin Futures Trading System Will Be Suspended for Maintenance - 0627
Dear KuCoin Futures users,
Due to AWS hardware failure, KuCoin Futures has scheduled a system upgrade at 08:00 on June 27, 2021 (UTC). An announcement will be released once the upgrade is complete.
During the period, the order matching, order placing, order cancel, take profit/stop loss, auto-deposit margin and other features on KuCoin Futures website, app and openAPI will be suspended.
During the upgrade, users cannot create or stop the Futures Grid bots. However, the running bots will not be affected. To avoid risks, you can enable the “Auto-Deposit Margin” or close positions in advance.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. As ‘People’s Exchange’, we always put our users first. Affected users can contact the online support or email support@kucoin.com with the following information:
1.Your KuCoin UID
2.Time period of affected futures trade
3.The related order/position in trading history
We will review the requests processed in the sequence and provide the solutions as soon as possible. In order to accurately verify each request with our system records, response times may be longer than usual due to our recent high volume of inquiries.
