KuCoin Request Limit for API Upgrade

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will upgrade the request limit for APIs at 15:00 (UTC+8) on May 9, 2019. The details are as follows:

1. Increase request limit：
1. List Fills: 100 requests/10s (block 10s)
2. List Orders: 200 requests/10s (block 10s)
2. For average users, the request limit for each API key is 1800 requests/60s.
3. Once the request limit is exceeded, you will receive a http code 429 error in JSON format. Meanwhile, the system will suspend the trading of the corresponding API key for 5 minutes.
