This growth is outpacing the original projections and we at Kucoin are in awe of the performance. With our mouths hanging open we are working tirelessly around the clock to hire more support representatives to handle all your inquiries and we are doing everything in our power to keep up with this unprecedented traffic.

Although Kucoin was expecting to grow quickly and prepared to scale up, the rate is faster than the founders had imagined and they are now having to work on the fly to keep everything running smoothly.
