KuCoin Will Support the Symbol (XYM) Airdrop Program for NEM (XEM) Holders

Dear KuCoin Users，

KuCoin will support the Symbol (XYM) Airdrop Program for NEM (XEM) Holders.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. KuCoin will temporarily suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for NEM (XEM) at 15:00:00 on March 11, 2021 (UTC).
2. The snapshot will be taken at the XEM block height of 3,105,500 or approximately 00:50:00 on March 12, 2021 (UTC).
3. The deposit and withdrawal services for NEM (XEM) will be resumed after the completion of the snapshot.
4. KuCoin will distribute XYM tokens to each user at a ratio of 1 XEM = 1 XYM.

Please note:

• Minimum holding for eligibility: 1 XEM
• XEM tokens that were pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not count towards your XEM balance.
• The snapshots will include XEM balances in Spot accounts (Main Account + Trading Account).
• KuCoin will distribute the XYM tokens after the project has completed the XYM airdrop to exchanges. Related follow-ups to this subject will be announced separately.
• We strongly suggest you deposit your XEM tokens to KuCoin as we will airdrop the XYM token for you automatically.
