KuMEX System Maintenance Notice

Dear KuMEX Users,

To improve the contract trading performance on KuMEX, the platform has scheduled a maintenance to the KuMEX system between 15:00 to 16:00 on February 11, 2020 (UTC+8).

By the time, the server will be temporarily shut down. The upgrading process will take approximately 60 minutes and during the period, the order placing, order execution and the auto-deposit margin services will be suspended.

Users are suggested to enable the “Auto-Deposit Margin” feature or close positions in advance to control the risks.

If there’s a large price swing in the market before the upgrading, we will delay the upgrading based on the practical situation. For more information, please stay tuned to the latest announcement.
