Pool-X Is Upgraded to KuCoin Earn
Dear KuCoin Users,
In order to provide a better user experience and product services, Pool-X was updated to "KuCoin Earn" on December 22, 2021.
The Details of the Upgrade Includes:
Name Upgrade
1." Pool-X Earn" on the web page will be upgraded to "KuCoin Earn"
2. "Staking" on the KuCoin app will be upgraded to "Earn"
3."Pool-X Account" will be upgraded to "Financial Account"
4."Flexible Terms" will be upgraded to "Savings"
Account Function Upgrade
1. Simplified subscription process: Once the upgrade is completed, all products can be subscribed directly through the Main account or the Trading account, and the asset details can be viewed in the Financial account.
2. Profit distribution adjustment: The profit from Staking products, Promotion, BurningDrop/LockDrop, ETH2.0, and Polkadot will be issued to the Main account. The profit from Savings products will be issued to the Financial account.
3. Redemption adjustment: For the redemption of Staking products, Promotion, BurningDrop/LockDrop, ETH2.0, and Polkadot products, the principal will be returned to the Main account; for the redemption of Savings products, the custom amount of principal + interest will be immediately returned to the Main account.
4. Account adjustment: On the Financial Account page, we added the Total Profit and Yesterday's Profit (POL income included) details for subscribed products. Total Assets not included to be released POL. Also, "My POL" to view POL's income details and "Account Details" to view the subscribed asset details of different accounts.
5. Subscription adjustment: Before the upgrade, users can only view the subscribed products through transaction records. After the upgrade, users can view the details of all subscribed products of different product lines in the Financial account.
6. Deposit and withdrawal adjustment: Pool-X account deposit and withdrawal functions are closed. Deposit through Pool-X address will not be able to view on Kucoin Earn.
*Please do not deposit by Pool-X address. If you have any questions, please contact customer service for help.
Please note：
*If you have subscribed Pool-X Earn products before, here are the following changes after the upgrade:
1. "Flexible" products: Coins that are not subscribed will be automatically converted as Savings products when the minimum transfer amount of Savings is met. Coins that do not meet the conditions will be automatically transferred back to the Main account.
2. Other products: Staking, Promotion, BurningDrop/LockDrop, ETH2.0, and Polkadot in the Pool-X account will be automatically transferred to the Financial account.
3. Coins in the Pool-X account that have not participated in the subscription, which is shown as "Available" status, will be automatically transferred to the Main account.
*Please don't forget to update the KuCoin app to the latest version. If the app is not updated, the following situations may occur:
1. Subscription will not be affected, but you cannot check the subscription history, income analysis, and other information.
2. When the user needs to use the Pool-X account to transfer assets, it will be prompted as failed.
3. Neither Total Assets nor POL Assets contains the POL to be released. The POL to be released can be viewed in "My Pol"
