Users who meet requirements will receive a 10 USDT reward for each new sign-up that they refer once the new sign-up completes a trade on KuCoin. The more new sign-ups you refer, the more rewards you will receive once your new sign-ups complete a trade on KuCoin.

【KuCoin Affiliates】: When a KuCoin Affiliate refers a new sign-up, the KuCoin Affiliate will receive a 1 USDT reward for each subsequent referral and sign-up stemming from that referral once those new sign-ups complete a trade on KuCoin ( when the referred new sign-up further refers their own new sign-ups, and those new sign-ups also complete a trade on KuCoin). The more subsequently stemming sign-ups there are, the more rewards the KuCoin Affiliate will receive once those new sign-ups complete a trade on KuCoin. If the total number of subsequently stemming sign-ups reaches 500, the KuCoin Affiliate will receive an additional 500 USDT reward once those new sign-ups complete a trade on KuCoin. If the total number of subsequently stemming sign-ups reaches 1000, the KuCoin Affiliate will receive an additional 1000 USDT reward once those new sign-ups complete a trade on KuCoin.

【KuCoin users】: When a KuCoin user refers a new sign-up, the KuCoin user will receive a 10 USDT reward for each subsequent referral and sign-up stemming from that referral once those new sign-ups complete a trade on KuCoin (when the referred new sign-up further refers their own new sign-ups, and those new sign-ups also complete a trade on KuCoin). 【For example】: Assume a KuCoin Affiliate’s referral and sign-up results in a total of 10 subsequently referred sign-ups, with each of those 10 subsequently referred sign-ups also further referring another 10 new sign-ups. In this case, the KuCoin Affiliate will receive a reward of :10 * 1 + 10 * 10 * 1 = 110 USDT
And, each user will receive a reward of:10 * 10 = 100 USDT

Notes:

1. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Affiliates must log in to their KuCoin account and register for the event by clicking the Join button.
2. Affiliates with more invitees will receive priority in receiving the rewards if the allocated rewards exceed 100,000 USDT.
3. Visit the Affiliate page on the app or website, then copy and paste your referral link to share it with others.
4. Once users join the event, KuCoin will track their participation and calculate their existing referrals and new invitees who trade on KuCoin, and the rewards will be sent to their KuCoin account within 15 working days after the end of the event.
5. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users' reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g.wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self-dealing, or market manipulation).
6. KuCoin reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
7. In case of any discrepancy between the translated version and the English original version, the English version shall prevail.
