Q: Please briefly introduce to everyone what SuiPad is building.
Joe: SuiPad, the official launchpad partner of MystenLabs, is an IDO Launchpad focusing on launching tier-1 projects on the Sui network.
Q: Why did you choose to start building on Sui?
Joe: We particularly focus on the Sui network because of its amazing scalability, strong sustainability, and security that we see on the Sui chain. If anyone here has used the Sui chain, you must already experience its amazing speed. It is very well positioned for projects to build on it, especially DeFi and gaming, which normally need low latency and high tps.
Q: What benefits and values can SuiPad bring to Sui?
Joe: As the official launchpad partner of MystenLabs (Sui), we will launch many MystenLabs-backed projects on SuiPad. As a result, our community can participate and get early access to those projects.
As the onboarding layer of Sui, we aspire to onboard great projects from another chain onto Sui by providing multiple services and value-add to them.
Q: About the zero-fee promise for outstanding new and existing DeFi projects bridging to Sui, can you share about that?
Joe: We proactively look for great projects on another chain through multiple channels that our team has built for the past years and then connect those projects with MystenLabs, and organize an IDO launch for them. We will not charge them any launchpad fees on top of our marketing/PR services.
Of course, these projects have to meet different criteria that we set. We have a stringent due diligence process to ensure we only launch tier-1 projects.
Q: We want to hear about your products. What do you offer best?
Joe: We have multiple products on top of the IDO Launch. For complete information, head over our official documentation.
SuiPad Shield allows ambitious and carefully selected projects to utilize such features within their launch strategy while protecting SuiPad investors from any token dump. Participants can choose to purchase the insurance; if they do, they must top up 15% of their allocations, and we will cover the capital loss if the Average peak price falls below the IDO price.
SuiTank is a reality show series in which Web3 builders pitch their businesses to a panel of venture capitalists to secure investment from them. This is the so-called Web3 Shark Tank. It is meant to be educational as we want to let everyone know how each VC reviews, vet, and analyze a project.
SuiPad Academy is a 16-week online Web3 coding boot camp that trains people to become Web3 developers. But, of course, SuiMove is the core.
Q: To build a more prosperous Sui ecosystem, what needs to be improved in the market environment that you want to focus on?
Joe: We need great projects and a well-educated community to have a great ecosystem.
Hence, we offer a zero-fee launchpad to attract good projects from another chain to migrate to Sui. The SuiTank will extensively let the community learn due diligence from VC + Sui Academy to learn about what building really is.
Q: Can you share your short-term roadmap in the next few months?
Joe: In the next few weeks, we will launch MystenLabs-backed projects and other great ones that migrated onto Sui. Additionally, we are working on a special launchpad for gaming projects in collaboration with a well-known game guild (this is an alpha for the KuCoin community, and we have yet to announce it).
Furthermore, Suitank and Sui Academy will go on air in Q3!
Q: How about your long-term vision for SuiPad?
Joe: We envision being the number 1 launchpad of Sui and eventually becoming the important onboarding layer of Web3 by launching good projects and educating the community to have the knowledge to vet projects.

Q: What partnerships and collaborations has SuiPad (SUIP) established to enhance its features and services?
Joe: We are partnering with more than 80% of projects on Sui, including DEX, infrastructure, oracles, protocols, NFT, and more; as well as VCs, CEXs, marketing agencies, KOLs, and all other needed resources to be a successful launchpad. Also, special mention to our most important official partnership with MystenLabs (Sui), in which we will be getting all the tier-1 projects deal flow.
Q: What additional benefits does SuiPad offer for SUIP token holders?
Joe: SUIP token stakes will be able to participate in all IDOs we launch. Additionally, to participate in governance voting to decide important decisions and plans. And, of course, SUIP stakes can join Sui Academy.
Q: What have you achieved in the market? What is the next development plan and layout?
Joe: So far, we had a pretty successful IDO for SUIP on our launchpad a few days ago. We also broke records on DAOmaker to be the project with the highest total asset connected (820M).
Next, we are fully focused on launching the next few great projects that we have already lined up, and we work together with them to ensure the launch is successful.
Q: Within the blockchain environment, many launchpads are already offering their services to multiple chains. Has SuiPad considered the possibility of extending its services to other chains? What are your plans regarding this?
Joe: We will be within the Sui chain for the next year and will go multichain in the future. It is for us to lay out a successful foundation now before we go big scale.
Q: How does SuiPad plan to attract and support developers on its platform?
Joe: We offer multiple value-added services, including massive marketing within the Sui ecosystem, tech stack support, audit, MM services, and more. Most importantly, we can link those great projects to MystenLabs for them to discuss official partnership/investment opportunities and other support. This could attract great projects to work with us.
