Tutorial on How to Join the Challenger Assembly and Mint Weapon NFTs

KuCoin Community Chain (KCC) will start the second chapter of the “KCC Beowulf Campaign: Challenger Assembly” at 10:00 AM on October 10, 2022 (UTC). All challengers are welcome to join the Challenger Assembly and win up to 4 weapon NFTs.

By the way, if you miss the KuCoin 5th Anniversary Special and miss the free mint of an essential Beowulf character, do not worry, the new users who have not interacted with KCC before October 28, 2022, can get a chance to mint the initial character NFTs. Mint your Beowulf character now!

In order to make it easy for challengers to join this event, we will show you how to join the Challenger Assembly on different devices.

First, you should do some preparation

1. Before joining the Challenger Assembly, users must prepare their KCC wallet. If you do not have the KCC wallet, please click here to check the tutorial.

2. You will need to prepare enough KCS as gas fees on KCC. Click here to get the free gas fee.

3. You must have an initial character NFT. Please note that after 10:00 AM on October 9, 2022 (UTC), only new addresses that have not interacted with KCC before September 28, 2022, can mint the Character NFT. Click here to get the tutorial on how to mint the initial Beowulf character.

In order to make it easy for challengers to join this event, we will show you how to join the Challenger Assembly on different devices.

1. If you want to visit KCC Beowulf using a mobile device, you should copy the link and paste it into your crypto wallet browser first. And here, we will use the KuCoin Wallet as an example. If you don’t have a crypto wallet, you can download it here.

2. Just copy the link “beowulf.kcc.io” and open the KuCoin Wallet App. Tap the Application icon, which is at the bottom center of the page.

3. Enter or paste the URL (beowulf.kcc.io) that you just copied.

4. Scroll down the page to the “Land of KCC” and tap “Challenger Assembly”.

5. Choose one of the four protocols (KuCoin, XY Finance, O3 Swap, and Multichain) and tap the “To Do” button. Also, you can complete all cross-chain tasks of the protocols.

6. Then, the Quest3 website will pop up, and you need to connect your wallet again to Quest3. Then you will see some quests showing up on the list.

7. It is time to start completing these quests. Don’t forget to tap “Verify” every time you complete a task.

8. When this event ends, you will get a chance to mint weapon NFTs within 72 hours.

9. Finally, you can check the weapon NFTs you minted by tapping the “Storage” button.

2. Now, you can start the Challenger Assembly by clicking the corresponding coordinate in the Land of KCC.

3. Then, the Quest3 website will pop up, and you need to connect your wallet again to Quest3. Then you will see some quests showing up on the list.

5. After completing all the quests, go back to the KCC Beowulf official website. You can have a chance to mint the weapon NFTs after all data has been verified later than 10:00 AM on October 16, 2022 (UTC).

6. Finally, you can check the weapon NFTs you minted by clicking the “Storage” button.

Challenger Assembly is the second chapter of the KCC Beowulf Campaign, we will officially open the cross-chain campaign on October 10, 2022, and challengers can get up to 4 categories of NFT items by completing the cross-chain tasks.
