KuCoin System Maintenance on Fiat Deposit and Fast Sell Services

In order to provide better service to all KuCoin users, we will need to maintain and upgrade our fast buy system and related services and temporarily suspend the below functions at 6:00 am on July 16, 2022 (UTC). We will restore service as soon as possible, please refer to further announcements regarding the end of the maintenance time.

The affected function includes:

1. Deposit service from banking channels

1) SEPA

2) PIX & TED

3) Bank Card (Visa/Mastercard)

2. Fast sell services for all currencies

The services below will not be affected by this upgrade:

1. Withdrawal services for banking channels (SEPA, PIX & TED）

2. Buy crypto directly using a Credit/Debit card (Visa/Mastercard)

3. Buy crypto with fiat balance

4. Third-party channels (Banxa, Simplex, BTCdirect)

5. P2P markets
