Announcement of Temporary Issue Caused by AWS Failure
Dear KuCoin Users,
Affected by the failure of Amazon Cloud Service (AWS), there will be a temporary access issue，deposits and withdrawals delay and some interface errors on the exchange. The relevant parties have been contacted and the issue is currently being fixed.
KuCoin will suspend all Spot and Margin trading pairs on Web, App and Open API at 10:30:00 am, April 06, 2021 (UTC) including the order-matching, order placing, order cancelling. It will take about 1 hour.
The user's asset will not be impacted. To avoid possible risks, you may enable the “take profit/stop loss features”.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
