First round: Lucky Ticket Acquisition

Total allocation: 300,000 USD（15,000,000 TOKO）

Allocation Per Winning Ticket: 500 USD (25,000 TOKO)

Criteria: Users who participated in the KCS Lockup & Cashback Program and Burn Plan,and locked 1,000 KCS or more.

How to play: Please proceed to the participation application on the exclusive reservation page before August 23, 2019, 09:59:59(UTC+8).

Ticket allocation: Based on the amount of locked KCS, the number of tickets is varied.

Ticket rules: Each user can win at most 1 ticket and the allocation per winning ticket is 500 USDT worth of the TOKO (fixed amount)

Second round: Allocation Mode

Total allocation: 700,000 USD（35,000,000 TOKO）

Maximum allocation per user: 500 USD (25,000 TOKO)

Criteria: All users except the winners of the first round.


How to play: Please proceed to the second round participation application on the exclusive reservation page before August 23, 2019, 09:59:59 (UTC+8).


Condition: Any user with a token holding value of over 300 USDT is eligible to participate in the TOKO allocation. Please check below for the detailed calculation formula:



Individual Token Holding Value (in USDT price) = User's holding of KCS * 3 + User's holding of BTC + User's holding of ETH + User's holding of USDT

Eligible allocation per user: Total 700,000 USDT allocation is divided based on the individual’s token holding value, individual allocation hard cap is 500 USDT. Please check below for the detailed calculation formula:


Eligible allocation per user=Individual Token Holding Value / Sum of all participants’ Individual Token Holding Value * 700,000 USDT

*The token holding data involved in the above formula is subject to the snapshot of platform users’ total KCS (including locked KCS), USDT, BTC and ETH holding amount in both the Main and Trading account on August 23, 2019, 10:00 (UTC+8).


*The converted USDT price involved in the above formula is subject to the closing price of KCS/USDT, BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT on KuCoin on August 23, 2019, 09:00 (UTC+8).


*The allocation will not be granted if the allocated purchasable TOKO for an individual is less than 1 USDT.
