To provide a better trading experience, KuMEX will be undergoing a system upgrade from 15:30 to 16:30 on October 30, 2019 (UTC+8) and launch our new product — Delivery Contract on the platform.
The upgrade will take about an hour to complete and all the positions and open orders of users will remain valid during the process. The order placement, position closing and order cancellation features will be temporarily closed for users on the Web, App and API platforms. The order cancellation service will be reopened between 16:25 - 16:30 and the contract trading is estimated to be reopened by 16:30 (UTC+8).

Please note the recent price swings in the market and be prudent of your trading decistion. To control the possible risks that might exert on your positions in advance, you may perform the following operations: cancel your order, deposit margin, enable Auto-Deposit Margin mode, close position. The liquidation might occur if the market changes violently.
If a sharp price fluctuation occurs in the market, KuMEX will delay the system upgrade for 30 minutes based on the circumstances. Specific details will be released via announcements and emails, so please stay tuned for further notifications released by KuMEX.
