The campaign will run from 12:00:00 on February 25, 2022 to 12:00:00 on March 4, 2022 (UTC).

Activity 1: Holding Competition, Win a Share of 3,000,000 FLy!

During the campaign period, KuCoin will take a snapshot of each user’s FLy balance each day at 16:00 (UTC) (7 snapshots in total). The top 25 users with the highest average holding amount of FLy will win a share of 3,000,000 FLy!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

*Snapshot Period: Every 16:00:00 from February 25, 2022 to March 3, 2022 (UTC)

Activity 2: Participation Reward, Win a Share of 2,000,000 FLy!

Users who have an average holding amount of 20,000 FLy or more and add the FLY/USDT trading pair to their Favorites list will share 2,000,000 FLy in proportion to their average holding amount!

*The reward for the qualified users = (Each user’s average holding amount / all qualified users ’ total average holding amount) * 2,000,000 FLy.

*Snapshot Period: Every 16:00:00 from February 25, 2022 to March 3, 2022 (UTC)

Note:

1. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the Franklin activity;
2. The winners of Activity 1 will not be eligible to receive the Activity 2 rewards;
3. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 1 before 13:00 on March 1, 2022 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
4. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
5. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
