The campaign will run from 10:00:00 on April 1, 2021 to 10:00:00 on April 8, 2021 (UTC).

Activity 1: Deposit SAND to KuCoin, Win a Share of a 25,000 SAND Prize Pool！

a. During the campaign period, the top 20 users with the highest net deposit volume (deposits - withdrawals) of SAND to KuCoin will win a share of 18,000 SAND.

The reward structure is as follows:

b. Users who have a net deposit volume that reaches 300 SAND or more will evenly split the 7,000 SAND prize pool.

*Winners of activity 'a' are no longer eligible to receive the rewards of activity 'b'.

Activity 2: Sandbox Trading Competition, Enjoy a 25,000 SAND Grand Prize Pool!

The top 20 accounts with the highest trading volume (buys + sells) of the SAND/USDT trading pair on KuCoin will win a share of 25,000 SAND!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

Activity 3: Double Participation Rewards: Win a Share of 9,000 SAND Prize Pool!

1. Users who have a SAND trading volume (buys + sells) of 300 SAND or more will evenly split a 3,000 SAND prize pool.
2. Users who have a SAND trading volume (buys + sells) of 500 SAND or more, pass KYC1 and add the SAND/USDT trading pair to their Favorites List will evenly split an additional 6,000 SAND prize pool.

Activity 4: KuCoin & The Sandbox Lucky Draw, Get Your 25 SAND!

Users who have a trading volume that reaches 500 SAND or more, and whose KCS holding amount is at least 10 KCS during the campaign period will enter the lucky draw prize pool.

KuCoin will randomly choose 40 lucky users (from the above qualified users) to evenly split a 1,000 SAND prize pool. (Each lucky user will recieve 25 SAND)

Note:

1. Net Deposit Volume: deposits - withdrawals;
2. Trading Volume: buys + sells;
3. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the SAND activity;
4. Top 20 users of Activity 1 & 2 will not be eligible to receive the participation reward (activity 3);
5. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 1 & 2 before 13:00 on April 6, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
6. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
7. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
