Activity 1: The vEmpire DDAO Airdrop, Claim $25 in VEMP on KuCoin

During the campaign period, each user who completes the following steps will be qualified to claim a $25 in VEMP airdrop:

1. KuCoin users performed at least one trade of any KuCoin Metaverse projects from 00:00 on April 1, 2022 to 10:00 on April 15, 2022 (UTC);
2. ​​Have a VEMP/USDT trading amount (buys + sells) that reaches 400 VEMP.

KuCoin will randomly choose 800 lucky users (from the above-qualified users) to equally share a VEMP prize pool worth $20,000. Each lucky user will receive a $25 in VEMP reward.

During the campaign period, users will be able to win the VEMP net buying bonus in 2 different ways:

Pool A:

Users who have a net buying amount (buys - sells - withdrawals) of at least 1,200 VEMP and add the VEMP/USDT trading pair to their Favorites list will share $13,000 in VEMP in proportion to their net buying amount.

* The reward for the qualified users other than the Activity 2 winners = (Each user’s total net buying amount / all qualified users other than the Activity 2 winners’ total net buying amount) * 13,000 in VEMP.

Pool B:

All users (Pool A users are included) who have a net buying amount (buys - sells - withdrawals) of at least 700 VEMP and add the VEMP/USDT trading pair to their Favorites list will be qualified for the lucky draw. KuCoin will randomly choose 300 lucky users to receive $10 in VEMP each.

Note:

1. Trading amount = buys + sells;
2. Net buying amount = buys - sells - withdrawals;
3. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the vEmpire DDAO activity;
4. The top 30 winners of Activity 2 will not be eligible to receive the Activity 3 rewards;
5. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings for the highest net buying amount of Activity 2 before 13:00 on April 13, 2022 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
6. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average closing price of VEMP/USDT during the campaign period;
7. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
8. This activity is not related to Apple Inc;
9. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user.
