Odaily Planet Daily reports that Nikita Bier, Head of Product at X, announced that X has launched the Cashtags feature on iPhone in the United States and Canada, allowing users to view real-time data and price charts for corresponding stocks or crypto assets when searching for or posting content containing Cashtags or contract addresses.

In addition, X is piloting a partnership with Canadian brokerage Wealthsimple, allowing Canadian users to access the trading interface and complete transactions directly via Cashtag. This feature will later be expanded to the web platform, Android app, and additional regions.
