Futures Trial Funds FAQ
1. What are trial funds?
Trial funds are credits that can be used for futures trading. By using trial funds to open positions, you’re able to explore the features and products of futures trading completely risk-free. Note: At present, cross margin mode is not supported.
2. Do trial funds have an expiration date?
Yes, trial funds come with an activation period and a usage period. You must activate the coupon before the activation period ends, and use the funds before the usage period expires. Once expired, the system will reclaim the funds, close any associated positions, and automatically withdraw eligible profits to your account if the withdrawal criteria is met.

Note: Activation and usage periods vary depending on how the coupons are issued. Check the dates on your coupon details and activate your Trial Funds promptly.
3. How do I activate my trial funds?
Once you receive trial funds, you must activate them before the activation period expires. Each account can only have one active and unexpired trial fund running at a time. Activating a new voucher will automatically reclaim any existing active trial funds being used. If there are open positions tied to the reclaimed funds, they will be settled automatically.
How to activate:
Web: Derivatives → Futures Perks → Activate
App:
Futures → Futures Perks
4. How do I use trial funds?
When opening a new position, you can choose to use trial funds. To avoid settlement issues when trial funds expire, futures positions can only be opened using either trial funds or your own funds—not both. As such, trial funds and personal funds are managed separately and do not affect each other.

5. How can I check the balance of my trial funds?
After activation, trial fund amounts are not included in your total account balance by default. However, you can choose to include it in your overall asset calculation afterwards.

3. Withdrawal details can be viewed in your Asset History.
7. How do I view trial fund positions?
All trades and assets linked to trial funds are marked with a trial fund tag. They can be found normally through the relevant account interfaces.
