Q:Why didn't I get a ticket after inviting friends?

A:Invite newcomers to join and participate in GemSlot projects. For each token ticket your friend earns within 7 days of signing up, you receive one too. Please check your valid token ticket number on the event page.

 

Q:How can I view friend invitation records?

A: Invitation records are displayed in real-time below the token task.

 

Q:What are the rules for token tickets and token pool sharing? Is there a minimum number requirement for token ticket sharing?

A:The sharing formula is: Prize pool / Total token tickets * Number of token tickets held by the user. There is no minimum number of tickets required for sharing.

Example: Prize pool = $15,000 MEW tokens, Total token tickets = 1000, User holds 50 tickets. The calculation should be: $15,000 / 1000 * 50.

 

Q:How many universal tickets can be obtained at most? How many token tickets can be redeemed for universal tickets?

A: You can randomly obtain up to 100 universal tickets by completing your KYC verification and USDT trading tasks. Each token project can redeem up to 100 universal tickets for token tickets to share the prize pool.

 

Q:Do universal tickets have an expiration date? What is the exchange ratio with token tickets?

A: Universal tickets are valid for 7 days. If not redeemed within 7 days, they expire. The exchange ratio is 1:1. Each project can redeem up to 100 tickets.

 

Q:How long does it take for redeemed token rewards to be issued?

A: Rewards will be issued to your funding account within 15 working days after the event ends.

 

Q:Can I participate in activities with a sub-account?

A: GemSlot activities are limited to the master account. Institutional accounts and market makers are not eligible to participate.

 

Q:What are the calculation rules for deposit and trading amount/volume?

A:Net deposit amount = deposits - withdrawals.

Trading Amount = buys + sells.

Trading Volume = (buys + sells) x price.
