Guideline for Mobile Top-up with KuCoin Pay
KuCoin Pay’s Mobile Top-up service allows you to add credit or balance to a prepaid mobile phone account. With KuCoin Pay, you can top up a prepaid phone number anywhere in the world using KCS, BTC, ETH etc.

Log into the KuCoin Pay page on the KuCoin App and click Mobile Top-up

Select the country code and enter the mobile number you want to top up, or select the mobile number from your phone book.
Note: Your default country code will be automatically set based on the information provided during your KYC process.

The system will automatically identify the network provider. Please ensure the network provider is correct, then select the amount to top up.

Check the payment information and select your preferred currency for the payment.

Input your trading password to authorize the payment.

How long does it take for a top-up to complete?
Most network operators complete the top-up within 15 minutes. However, some may take up to a few days. You will be notified once the top-up is successful.
How do I check my top-up status?
Navigate to the Mobile Top-up page on KuCoin Pay. Click the history icon on the top right corner and select the transaction history you want to view.
Why did my top-up transaction decline?
Possible reasons include:
- You chose the wrong mobile service provider.
- The number you entered does not support top-up services. For example, if you entered a non-prepaid mobile number, the top-up might fail.
What should I do if the top-up transaction fails?
You will be notified if the transaction fails. A refund will be credited to your account automatically within a few minutes. Note: Refunds will be issued in USDT. Please review the T&Cs before making a payment.
How does a refund work?
KuCoin Pay does not handle refunds directly. Refunds are processed by the operators involved.
What should I do if my mobile account is not topped up successfully after a successful payment?
KuCoin Pay does not handle refunds directly. Refunds must be arranged with the mobile operator from whom the top-up was purchased. We recommend contacting the operator directly to resolve the issue and initiate the refund process.
