BRL deposit channel KYC

1.Choose the currency ‘BRL’ and ‘PIX/TED’ methods to deposit or withdraw (make sure you have passed the advanced KYC in KuCoin). 

2. Start the new additional verification for the payment method ‘Capitual’. Please note that it’s the requirement from the bank and Capitual, not KuCoin. 

You must fill in your Email, Phone number, and Full name. 

 

 3.Then you will be redirected to the Capitual’s page to fill in the other information needed, including your birthday, CPF number, mother’s name, full address, ID photos, selfie, and so on. 

 4.After submitting all the information, you will be redirected back to KuCoin’s page and wait for the verification result. (Normally, you will receive the result via inbox in about 3-10 minutes).
