KuCoin Will Support the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork

Dear KuCoin Users, 

KuCoin will support the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network upgrade and hard fork.

The arrangements are as follows: 

1. The BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network upgrade and a hard fork will take place at the BNB Beacon Chain block height of 264,000,000, or approximately at 06:00:00 on September 2, 2022 (UTC). 

2. Due to the BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network upgrade and hard fork, we have decided to suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) mainnet tokens. 

3. The deposit and withdrawal services of all mainnet BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) tokens will be pending during the upgrade. We strongly recommend not to deposit and withdraw until the upgrade is complete. 

Please note: 

1. The network upgrade and hard fork will not affect the trading of the mainnet BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) tokens. 

2. The BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2) network upgrade and hard fork will not result in new tokens being created. 

3. Related follow-ups to this subject will be announced separately as soon as possible.
