Tier 1 Bonus Package

During the event period, affiliates who have successfully invited more than 5 new trading users to register, deposit, and trade on KuCoin using your referral link will unlock the reward package below:

100% commission rebate for all new trading users during the event time.

Tier 2 Bonus Package

During the event period, affiliates who have successfully invited over 15 new trading users to register, deposit, and trade on KuCoin using your referral link will unlock the reward package below:

• 100% commission rebate for all new trading users during the event time.
• Affiliate Level-Up: Additional 5% commission rebate upgrade (maximum rate cap: 50%）

Tier 3 Bonus Package

During the event period, affiliates who have successfully invited 50 new trading users to register, deposit, and trade on KuCoin using your referral link will unlock the reward package below and will be qualified to share a 5,000 USDT prize pool.

• 100% commission rebate for all new trading users during the event time.

Tier 4 Bonus Package

All affiliates whose rates have been downgraded to 0% commission after the Q1 assessment will be getting a 40% recovery by participating and getting 5 new trading users during the event. If the affiliates get higher trading users, they will also be qualified to join and share the higher-tier package.

Terms and Conditions

1. The event is also open for newly joined affiliates;

2. The event will require your participation by clicking the “Join” button on the event page while promoting the KuCoin Spotlight’s main project;

3. The 100% commission rebate from new users will be calculated based on the net trading fee that new trading users generated during the event time and sent to your KuCoin account within 15 working days after the event's final announcement is made;100% commission rebate from all invitees’ trading fees of SUI in the first month will be calculated based on the net token trading fee and sent to your KuCoin account within 15 working days after the first month trading period fulfilled.

4. New trading user means the user registered after 1-Jan 2023, and makes his first trading operations within the event period. The deposit type of on-site transfer from another KuCoin account, or deposit from a red envelope from another KuCoin account will not be considered valid;

5. The level-up rewarded 5% commission rates will be effected on the day of 15 May 2023, and after its adjusted, it will be re-assessed in the next quarterly review. Before the assessment takes place, your new commission rate rate will remain;

6. Affiliates who have joined other KuCoin affiliate bonus plan won’t be able to join this event at the same time;

7. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users' reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self-dealing, or market manipulation);

8. KuCoin reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
