  3. Reward Distribution: Rewards will be credited to eligible users within 30 working days after the promotion ends;

  4. To qualify for the promotion, users must:

    • Register for the promotion 

    • Successfully apply for KuCard 

    • Fulfil the minimum spend within time frame to receive the corresponding reward

  5. Reversed transactions will be excluded from the qualifying spend calculation;

  6. Qualifying Spend: Includes only card spend transactions; withdrawals and ATM transactions are excluded;

  7. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions;

  8. KuCoin reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time without prior notice;

  9. KuCoin will not account for any failure of delay in posting of sales transactions which may result in any users being omitted from enjoying the benefits of this promotion;

  10. Any form of cheating or violation of the rules will result in immediate disqualification from the event;
