We are very pleased with your continued support of KuCoin. In order to improve the quality of SEPA top-up and withdrawal services, as well as to be more compliant, we will upgrade SEPA with additional KYC verification.

SEPA Service KYC Upgrade Date: 22 April 2024 (UTC)

After this upgrade, the beneficiary name for SEPA top-up transactions will reflect your name. This enhancement aims to provide you with more stable and efficient SEPA top-up and withdrawal services.

Take note of the following:

1. After completing the upgrade, users need to complete the additional KYC verification again when using SEPA services.

2. After the additional KYC is verified, we will re-assign the SEPA top-up IBAN to you. Please follow the transfer information provided on the SEPA top-up page to make the transfer.

3. Please refrain from transferring funds to the account (e.g., GB**CLJU****1234) before completing the upgrade. Failure to do so may result in the inability to receive and credit the funds to the intended KuCoin account. In such cases, the funds will be automatically returned through our processing system. Please transfer the funds to a new account to ensure proper crediting. (e.g. FR**********1234)
