The rewards will be distributed as follows:

TARA Welcome Reward: All the users with a net deposit volume (deposits - withdrawals) that reaches 1,000 TARA (approximately $40) on KuCoin will share a prize pool of $10,000 in TARA.

Activity 2: Trade TARA to Win a Share of $20,000 in TARA!

During the campaign period, the top 50 users with the highest trading volume (buys + sells) of the TARA/USDT and TARA/ETH trading pairs on KuCoin will share a prize pool of $20,000 in TARA!

Activity 3: Participation Reward: Win a Share of $10,000 in TARA!

a. During the campaign period, users who have a TARA trading volume (buys + sells) that reaches 3,000 TARA or more on KuCoin will evenly split a prize pool of $4,000 in TARA.

b. Users who have a trading volume (buys + sells) that reaches 6,000 TARA or more, pass KYC1 and add the TARA/USDT and TARA/ETH trading pairs to their Favorites List, will evenly split a prize pool of $6,000 in TARA.

* The qualified KYC1 verified users can share both prize pools at the same time.

Note:

1. Net Deposit Volume: deposits - withdrawals;
2. Trading Volume: buys + sells;
3. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account;
4. The top 50 winners of Activity 1 will not be eligible to receive the participation reward of Activity 1;
5. Winners of the Activity 2 will not be eligible to receive the participation reward (Activity 3);
6. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average price of TARA/USDT on KuCoin during the campaign period;
7. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 1 and Activity 2 before 13:00 on March 29, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
8. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
9. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition.
