The campaign will run from 10:00:00 on October 14, 2021 to 10:00:00 on October 21, 2021 (UTC).

Activity 1: KuCoin & MATTER Lucky Draw, Win a Share of a 5,000 MATTER Prize Pool！

During the campaign period, 200 lucky users who meet the following requirements will evenly split a 5,000 MATTER prize pool. Each user will get 25 MATTER.

1. Have a trading volume that reaches 500 MATTER or more on KuCoin;
2. Add the MATTER/USDT trading pair to their Favorites List;
3. Pass KYC1.

*KuCoin will randomly choose 200 lucky users.

Activity 2: MATTER Trading Competition, Win a Share of a 40,000 MATTER Prize Pool!

All users who have a MATTER trading volume (buys + sells) that reaches 5,000 MATTER or more will be ranked based on the total MATTER trading volume on KuCoin during the competition period.

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

* The reward for the qualified users other than the top 30 winners = (Each user’s total trading volume / all qualified users other than the top 30 winners’ total trading volume) * 15,000 MATTER

Activity 3: Participation Rewards, Win a Share of a 5,000 MATTER Prize Pool!

Users who have a trading volume of at least 1,000 MATTER, pass KYC1 and add the MATTER/USDT trading pair to their Favorites list will evenly split a 5,000 MATTER prize pool.

Note:

1. Trading volume = buys + sells;
2. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the MATTER activity;
3. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 2 before 13:00 on October 19, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
4. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
5. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
