BTCP Withdrawals Update

Dear KuCoin Users,

We have faced some technical issues with Bitcoin Private wallets on KuCoin after reopening the withdrawal system today.  Given these unforeseen problems, we regret to inform that users won’t be able to withdraw their funds at this time.

Our technicians are looking at the wallet problems right now, we will resolve this as soon as possible.  We must ensure the wallet system is working correctly before allowing users to complete these transactions.

We apologize for the inconveniences caused, we will release a new update as soon as we can guarantee all users can withdraw without encountering technical issues.
