To celebrate KuCoin’s 19th Spotlight token sale with Gari Network (GARI) and Gari Network (GARI) being listed on KuCoin, we will be launching a campaign to give away a GARI reward pool worth $50,000 to qualified KuCoin users.

Activity 1: Exclusive Reward for New Users: Get a GARI Reward Worth $20

During the campaign period, users who complete the following requirements will be considered as qualified users:

1) Newly registered KuCoin users who signed up from the day of Gari Network (GARI) listing announcement on KuCoin to the end of this campaign period;

2) Have a trading volume (buys + sells) of at least 300 GARI.

* Newly registered KuCoin users: Users who signed up from 00:00:00 on January 18, 2022 to 09:00:00 on January 28, 2022 (UTC).

* KuCoin will rank all the qualified users by the time when their trading volume reaches 300 GARI (limited to the first 500 newly registered users).

Activity 2: Trading Competition, Win a Share of a GARI Prize Pool Worth $30,000!

The top 30 accounts with the highest trading volume (buys + sells) of GARI on KuCoin during the competition period will share $30,000 in GARI.

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

Activity 3: Participation Rewards, Win a Share of $10,000 in GARI!

During the campaign period, users who have a GARI trading volume (buys + sells) of at least 300 GARI or more, pass KYC1, and add the GARI/USDT trading pair to their Favorites List will split a GARI prize pool worth $10,000 in proportion to their trading volume.

*The reward for the qualified users = (Each user’s total trading volume / all qualified users’ total trading volume) * $10,000 in GARI.

Note:

1. Trading volume = buys + sells;
2. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average closing price of GARI/USDT (24:00:00 (UTC)) during the campaign period;
3. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the Gari Network (GARI) activity;
4. Winners of Activity 1 & Activity 2 will not be eligible to receive the Activity 3 rewards;
5. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings for the highest trading volume of Activity 2 before 13:00 on January 25, 2022 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
6. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
7. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
