The campaign will run from 12:00:00 on November 2, 2021 to 12:00:00 on November 9, 2021 (UTC).

Activity 1: XED & KuCoin Lucky Draw, Win a Share of $5,000 in XED！

During the campaign period, 200 lucky users who have a net deposit volume (deposits - withdrawals) of at least 300 XED will evenly split a $5,000 in XED prize pool.

KuCoin will randomly choose 200 lucky users. Each lucky user will get $25 in XED.

Activity 2: Net Buying Competition, Win a Share of a $35,000 in XED Prize Pool!

Users who have a net buying volume (buys - sells - withdrawals) of at least 1,500 XED on KuCoin will win a share of a $35,000 in XED prize pool!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

*The reward for the qualified users other than the top 30 winners = (Each user’s total net buying volume / all qualified users other than the top 30 winners’ total net buying volume) * $15,000 in XED.

Activity 3: Participation Rewards, Win a Share of $10,000 in XED!

Users who have a net buying volume of at least 300 XED, pass KYC1 and add the XED/USDT and XED/BTC trading pairs to their Favorites list will evenly split a $10,000 in XED prize pool.

Note:

1. Net deposit volume = deposits - withdrawals;
2. Net buying volume = buys - sells - withdrawals;
3. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average closing price of XED/USDT during the campaign period.
4. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the Exeedme activity;
5. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 2 before 13:00 on November 5, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
6. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
7. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
