KuCoin Futures Trading System Will Be Suspended for Upgrade - 0818
Dear KuCoin Futures users,
To cooperate with the upgrade of AWS hardware, KuCoin Futures has scheduled a system upgrade at 01:00 on August 18, 2021 (UTC).
The upgrade will take about 60 minutes. During the period, the order matching, order placing, order cancellation, Take Profit/Stop Loss, Auto-Deposit margin and other features on KuCoin Futures website, app and openAPI will be suspended. It is estimated that the order cancellation will resume at 02:00:00. All trading and order matching services will be available at 02:10:00.
During the upgrade, users cannot create or stop the Futures Grid bots. However, the running bots will not be affected.
As funding fees will be normally calculated during this period, please pay attention to the next funding time, and adjust your positions. For more details, please check Reference > Funding Rate. To avoid risks, you can enable Auto-Deposit Margin or close positions in advance. If a large price fluctuation occurs, we may postpone the maintenance accordingly and notify you in a further announcement.
