KuCoin Will Support the Mainnet Launch of Enjin (ENJ) and Efinity Token (EFI)
Dear KuCoin Users,
KuCoin will support the mainnet launch of ENJ and EFI tokens. KuCoin will also support the token swap from EFI to ENJ by completing the swap automatically for EFI holders on KuCoin.
The arrangements are as follows:
1. KuCoin will close the ENJ deposits and withdrawals and EFI withdrawals at 09:00:00 on November 10, 2023 (UTC).
2. The deposit services for EFI on KuCoin will remain closed.
3. The KuCoin Trading Bot will automatically stop the running bots of EFI/USDT, including Spot Grid, Infinity Grid, Martingale, DCA, and Smart Rebalance at 08:45:00 on November 10, 2023 (UTC)
4. KuCoin will close the trading service for the EFI/USDT trading pair at 09:00:00 on November 10 2023 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of EFI as soon as possible.
5. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ EFI assets at 16:00 on November 10, 2023 (UTC).
6. After the snapshot, we will convert the EFI to ENJ at a ratio of 4:1 (4 EFI = 1 ENJ). Minimum holding for eligibility: 14 EFI;

Note:
1. The snapshots will include EFI balances in Spot accounts (Main Account + Trading Account);
2. EFI tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your EFI balance;
3. After the migration is completed, the EFI token will no longer be supported on KuCoin;
4. After the migration is completed, the ENJ (ERC20) token will no longer be supported on KuCoin.
