KuCoin Will Support the Smart Contract Upgrade for Verasity (VRA)

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the smart contract upgrade for Verasity (VRA). For better scalability, the smart contract of Verasity (VRA) will be upgraded from ERC20 to ERC777.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. KuCoin will temporarily suspend the deposits/withdrawals for Verasity (VRA) at 10:00:00 on February 7, 2021 (UTC).
2. KuCoin will then integrate the Verasity (VRA) ERC777 smart contract and enable support for the new ERC777 VRA token and open the new ERC77 VRA deposit service at 10:00:00 on February 9, 2021 (UTC).

Note:

1. After the smart contract upgrade, ERC20 Verasity (VRA) will not be supported on KuCoin.
2. The contract upgrade/swap is automatic and does not require any action on the part of users
3. Trading functions will not be affected during the upgrade.
