KuCoin Will Support the Token Swap of Aave Protocol From LEND to AAVE

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the Aave Protocol (LEND) token swap to Aave Protocol (AAVE). KuCoin will start the upgrade and complete the AAVE token swap automatically for LEND holders.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. KuCoin will close the trading service for the LEND/BTC and LEND/USDT trading pairs at 18:00:00 on October 20, 2020 (UTC+8). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of LEND as soon as possible.
2. To complete the upgrade, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ LEND assets at 18:00:00 on October 20, 2020 (UTC+8). After the snapshot, we will convert the LEND into AAVE at a ratio of 100:1 (100 LEND = 1 AAVE).
3. KuCoin will open the AAVE deposit service at 18:00:00 on October 20, 2020 (UTC+8).
4. KuCoin will open the trading service for the AAVE/BTC and AAVE/USDT trading pairs and AAVE withdrawal service at 18:00:00 on October 22, 2020 (UTC+8).

Please note:

• After the token swap is complete, non-KuCoin users can migrate their tokens from LEND to AAVE directly in the Aave DApp.
