KuCoin Will Support the Token Swap of Netvrk (NTVRK) to NetVRk (NETVR)

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the token swap of NTVRK to NETVR. We will complete the NTVRK to NETVR token swap automatically for all NTVRK holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. The deposit and withdrawal services of NetVRk (NTVRK) will remain closed for the duration of the token swap.

2. Trading services for the NTVRK/USDT and NTVRK/USDC trading pairs will also remain closed for the duration of the token swap.

4. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ NTVRK assets at 11:00:00 on January 19, 2024 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the NTVRK to NETVR at a ratio of 1:1 (1 NTVRK = 1 NETVR).

Related follow-ups to this subject will be announced separately as soon as possible.

Please note:

1. Minimum holding for conversion eligibility: 40 NTVRK;

2. The snapshots will include NTVRK balances in Spot accounts (Main Account + Trading Account).

3. NTVRK tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshot will not be counted towards your NTVRK balance.

4. After the swap is completed, the NTVRK token will no longer be supported on KuCoin.
