KuCoin Will Support the NEM (XEM) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the XEM network upgrade and hard fork.

The arrangements are as follows:

1.The XEM network upgrade & hard fork will take place at XEM mainnet block height 3,464,8 00 or at approximately 18:00:00 on November 18, 2021 (UTC).

2.KuCoin will suspend XEM deposit and withdrawal services at 14:00:00 on November 18, 2
021 (UTC).

Please note:

1. The XEM trading services on KuCoin will not be affected during the upgrade.

2. The network upgrade and hard fork will not result in new tokens being created.

3. We will reopen deposit and withdrawal services for XEM once we deem the upgraded network to be stable, and we will not notify users in a further announcement.
