Recently we have been informed there is a scammer posing as a KuCoin official through our official support@kucoin.com and business@kucoin.com email, where he approaches token projects asking them for a fee.

Please do not believe this email as its a scam!

• KuCoin never contact projects or users directly through the support@kucoin.com and business@kucoin.com address.
• KuCoin will never ask for a payment through this way of communication.
• KuCoin will never ask for you to send a payment to a specific address through this way of communication.
• KuCoin will never ask for your password or your two factor authentication details through this way of communication.
