The campaign will run from 10:00:00 on April 21, 2021 to 10:00:00 on April 28, 2021 (UTC).

Activity 1: Deposit LABS to KuCoin, Get Your $20 in LABS！

During the campaign period, the first 250 users who meet the following requirements will get $20 in LABS each:

1. Net deposit volume (deposits - withdrawals) that reaches 2,000 LABS to KuCoin;
2. LABS trading volume that reaches 2,000 LABS on KuCoin. (Note: trading amount created by trading bot will also be included)

*KuCoin will rank the qualified users by the time their net deposit volume reaches 2,000 LABS.

Activity 2: Trading Competition, Enjoy a $20,000 in LABS Prize Pool!

The top 50 accounts with the highest trading volume (buys + sells) of the LABS/USDT and LABS/ETH trading pairs on KuCoin will win a share of $20,000 in LABS!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

Activity 3: Participation Rewards: Win a Share of a $5,000 in LABS Prize Pool!

Users who have a LABS trading volume (buys + sells) of 5,000 LABS or more, pass KYC1 and add the LABS/USDT and LABS/ETH trading pairs to their Favorites List will evenly split a $5,000 in LABS prize pool.

Note:

1. Net Deposit Volume: deposits - withdrawals;
2. Trading Volume: buys + sells;
3. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average closing price of LABS/USDT during the campaign period;
4. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the LABS activity;
5. Top 50 users of Activity 2 will not be eligible to receive the participation reward (Activity 3);
6. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 2 before 13:00 on April 26, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
7. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
8. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
