ORN-Staking APR will Be Adjusted to 20%

Dear Pool-X Users,
As requested by the Orion Protocol (ORN) team, Pool-X will adjust the APR of ORN-Staking to 20% starting at 00:00:00 on October 29, 2020 (UTC+8). The APR will not be affected before the adjustment. Relevant details after update are as follows:
