As soon as the issue was detected, we responded immediately and fixed the access issue urgently, completely resuming all services at about 16:08 (UTC) on Sep 7, 2021. During and after the issue, it is noticed that some users suffered abnormal losses on their margin or futures positions for the failure of logging in or placing orders.
