As we transition from Pre-Market trading to the delivery phase, it's crucial for us to guide you through the next steps. We urge you to familiarise yourself with the essential details outlined below, ensuring a seamless token delivery experience.

2. Automated Token Delivery in Trading Account
The delivery process for TIA tokens is automatic. As a seller, if you have the required TIA tokens in your KuCoin Trading Account, our system will automatically manage the delivery. If your delivery isn't immediately processed, please wait patiently for a few minutes.
Please note that the system will continuously attempt to fulfil deliveries for those who haven't completed them, which means sellers have multiple opportunities for delivery. Also, be aware that due to this automatic clearance, your normal trading activities might be influenced momentarily.
However, it's imperative to understand that if you miss the final delivery time, you will lose your collateral.
3. Methods for Delivery
3.1 Deposit
Confirm the correct Token Ticker (TIA) and ensure you have the accurate deposit address.
Transfer the required TIA to your Spot Trading Account before the designated delivery time.
3.2 Purchase on Spot Market
If you haven't enough TIA, you can purchase the necessary amount in the Spot market.
After purchasing, transfer the TIA tokens to your Spot Trading Account and await the scheduled delivery time.
4. Important Note
It's imperative to store your TIA tokens in your Spot Trading Account. Tokens present in any other account (like a Funding Account) will not be considered for delivery. Failing to transfer tokens to the Spot Trading Account could result in forfeiture of your collateral.
5. Monitoring Delivery Status
5.1 Pending Delivery
If awaiting delivery from the seller, navigate to Pre-Market > My Orders > Pending Delivery to monitor the status.
5.2 Completed Deliveries
For delivered or default transactions, you can check the status by heading to Pre-Market > My Orders > Completed.
5.3 Completed Deliveries
For USDT transaction details, you can check the status by heading to https://www.kucoin.com/assets-detail
