The campaign will run from 10:00:00 on February 17, 2022 to 10:00:00 on February 27, 2022 (UTC).

Activity 1: SHILL Net Buying Competition, Enjoy a SHILL Grand Prize Pool Worth $40,000!

The users who have a net buying volume (buys - sells - withdrawals) of 2,000 SHILL or more on KuCoin will be qualified to share a SHILL prize pool worth $40,000!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

*The reward for qualified users other than the top 40 winners = (Each user’s total net buying volume / all qualified users other than the top 40 winners’ total net buying volume) * $11,000 in SHILL.

Activity 2: Holding Competition, Win a Share of $25,000 in SHILL！

During the campaign period, KuCoin will take a snapshot of each user’s SHILL balance each day at 16:00 (UTC) (10 snapshots in total). The top 100 accounts with the highest average holding amount of SHILL per day on KuCoin will win a share of a SHILL prize pool worth $25,000.

The reward will be distributed as follows:

Snapshot Period: Every 16:00:00 from February 17, 2022 to February 27, 2022 (UTC)

Activity 3: Double Participation Rewards, Win a Share of $15,000 in SHILL

Pool 1:

Users who have a trading volume (buys + sells) of at least 2,500 SHILL or more, pass KYC1, and add the SHILL/USDT trading pair to their Favorites list will evenly split $10,000 in SHILL.

Pool 2:

KuCoin will run a lucky draw for the qualified users who participate in Pool 1. 100 lucky users will evenly split a SHILL prize pool worth $5,000. Each lucky user will get $50 in SHILL!

Note:

1. Net buying volume = buys - sells - withdrawals;
2. Trading volume = buys + sells;
3. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the SHILL activity;
4. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 1 before 13:00 on February 23, 2022 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
5. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average closing price of SHILL/USDT during the campaign period;
6. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
7. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
