The KuCoin VIP Program Upgrade Notice

Dear KuCoin users,

In order to enhance the rights of VIP users, the KuCoin team will upgrade the VIP program on December 2, 2019 (UTC+8).

Major adjustments in this upgrade include:

1. Membership Tiers effective duration adjustment: Membership Tiers downgrade or invalidation will be adjusted from daily automatic update to statistical calculation adjustment at the end of the next month. Once the criteria for certain Member level is satisfied, the next Member level will take effect by 12:00 PM the next day, and enjoy up to 60 days of benefits.
2. The Membership Tiers (gold / platinum / diamond) are adjusted to be promoted after meeting the membership of this category for three consecutive months.
3. The calculation method of KCS holdings is adjusted (see the latest Tiered Trading Fee).
4. For users who have used the KCS Pay Fees service, the best discount for the fee rate was reduced to: KuCoin platform Maker 0.0104%, Taker 0.032%.
5. The calculation of Membership Tiers standards increases the KuMEX transaction volume, and at the same time increases the KuMEX transaction fee discount;
6. KuMEX platform Taker receives 0.04% rebate, and it will be issued before the 5th of the next month.

After the launch of the new VIP privilege system, users whose transaction volume meets the conditions, and if the KCS holdings do not meet the requirements, the KuCoin platform will actively adjust the membership tier level for you before December 31, 2019 (UTC+8).
