Activity 1: Who is the Prophet? Guess the SOLR Price to Win Up to $5,000 in SOLR!

Users who have a SOLR trading volume (buys + sells) of 10 SOLR or more on KuCoin over the course of the competition period will be considered as qualified users.

A. Qualified users can guess the SOLR closing price on KuCoin at 10:00 (UTC) of the campaign closing day (October 26, 2021) before 16:00:00 on October 24, 2021 (UTC). KuCoin will rank 11 users who have the closest SOLR price guess.

The Prophet Prize (Best Guess): $5,000 in SOLR

Top 10 Closest Guess: $500 in SOLR each

B. All qualified users who have made a guess of the SOLR price (result does not matter) can equally share a reward pool of $10,000 in SOLR.

Activity 2: SOLR Trading Competition, Trade to Share a $50,000 in SOLR Mega Prize Pool

The users who have a trading volume (buys + sells) of 500 SOLR or more on KuCoin will be qualified to share a $50,000 in SOLR prize pool!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

*The reward for qualified users other than the top 50 winners = (Each user’s total trading volume / all qualified users other than the top 50 winners’ total trading volume) * $20,000 in SOLR.

Activity 3: SOLR Participation Rewards, Enjoy First Buy Bonus for New SOLR Lovers!

During the campaign period, a total of $15,000 in SOLR prize pool will be evenly split between all qualified traders. Users (KYC1 verified) who meet the two requirements below will be considered as qualified traders:

1. Have a SOLR net buying volume (buys - sells - withdrawals) of 50 SOLR or more over the course of the competition period;
2. Add the SOLR/USDT trading pair to their Favorites List.

First Buy Bonus: Users who complete their first buy of SOLR trading pair during the campaign period and reach a net buying volume of 50 SOLR will receive a $10 in SOLR bonus (limited to first 500 users).

Activity 4: KuCoin & SolRazr Lucky Draw, Win Up to $100 in SOLR!

During the campaign period, all users who (KYC1 verified) have a trading volume (buys + sells) that reaches 100 SOLR or more will enter the lucky draw.

KuCoin will randomly choose 100 lucky users (from the above qualified users) to evenly split a $10,000 in SOLR prize pool. (Each lucky user will receive a reward of $100 in SOLR)

Note:

1. Trading Volume (Trading bot included) = buys + sells;
2. Net buying volume: buys - sells - withdrawals;
3. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average closing price of SOLR/USDT during the campaign period;
4. The top 50 winners of the Activity 2 will not be eligible to receive the Activity 4 rewards;
5. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the SOLR activity;
6. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 2 before 13:00 on October 22, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
7. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
8. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
