To show our sincere gratitude to our valued users, and to welcome more new users to grasp the know-how of Trading Bot, we are now building KuCoin Trading Bot Guilds and recruiting talents!

Users can apply to create their own Trading Bot Guild by becoming a Guild President and recruiting members to join the guild after approval. Guild Presidents can enjoy 20% of the trading fees of the grid bots run by their guild members during the recruitment.

Requirements & Rights for Guild Presidents:

1. Experienced with Trading Bot, achieving historical trading profit of ≥1,000 USDT.
2. Must be passionate and love to share ideas and help others, while also being patient with new users.
3. Names of Guilds and Guild Presidents must not contain any harmful words relating to concepts such as pornography, violence, etc.
4. Presidents have the right to dispose of the commission. They can choose whether to share it with the members or not.
5. The relationship between Guild Presidents and their members can be continued in the follow-up activities of the Trading Bot Guild.

The approval of the Guilds and Guild Presidents will be finished before 04:00 on March 22, 2021 (UTC). The result will be released in our announcement and the recruitment of guild members will start at that time.

Phase Two: Recruitment of Guild Members & Calculation of Commission

Time: 10:00 on March 22, 2021 - 10:00 on April 11, 2021 (UTC)

After registration, the grid bots run by guild members will be monitored and commissions will be calculated.

During the activity, the system will rank the APR of all grid bots that have run for more than 24 hours with an investment of ≥100 USDT. The guild with the highest APR grid bot and its top user will receive a bonus. The details are as follows:

1. The top user will win 500 USDT;
2. Other members in the guild can share 2,500 USDT. There must be at least 10 members in a guild to get the bonus.

Note:

1. The Guild President can create one (1) guild only and is not allowed to join other guilds.

2. Each user can only join one guild and cannot change to another, so please choose carefully.

3. For any duplicate or fake accounts found to be cheating or attempting to conduct fraudulent behaviors, the platform will withhold the distribution of the rewards. For any manipulations attempting to get the rewards illegally, the violators will be deprived of the qualification for the rewards.

4. The system will distribute the rewards to qualified users within 7 working days after the activity.
