The campaign will run from 10:00:00 on September 26, 2021 to 10:00:00 on October 3, 2021 (UTC).

Activity 1: UMB Net Buying Competition, Win a Share of a $25,000 in UMB Prize Pool!

All users who have an UMB net buying volume that reaches 3,000 UMB or more will be ranked based on the total UMB net buying volume on KuCoin during the competition period.

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

* The reward for the qualified users other than the top 30 winners = (Each user’s total net buying volume / all qualified users other than the top 30 winners’ total net buying volume) * $5,000 in UMB

Activity 2: Holding Competition, Enjoy a $20,000 in UMB Prize Pool!

During the campaign period, KuCoin will take a snapshot of each user’s UMB balance each day at 16:00 (UTC). All users who have an UMB average daily holding amount that reaches 1,000 UMB or more will be ranked based on the total UMB average daily holding volume on KuCoin during the competition period.

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

* The reward for the qualified users other than the top 10 winners = (Each user’s total average daily holding volume / all qualified users other than the top 10 winners’ total average daily holding volume) * $10,000 in UMB

Activity 3: Participation Rewards, Win a Share of a $5,000 in UMB Prize Pool!

Users who have a trading volume that reaches 1,000 UMB or more, pass KYC1 and add the UMB/USDT trading pair to their Favorites list will evenly split a $5,000 in UMB prize pool.

Note:

1. Net Buying Volume = buys - sells - withdrawals;
2. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average closing price of UMB/USDT during the campaign period;
3. Snapshot Period: Every 16:00 from September 26, 2021 to October 2, 2021 (UTC).
4. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the UMB activity;
5. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 1 & 2 before 13:00 on September 30, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
6. Rewards will be distributed before October 15, 2021 (UTC);
7. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
